Vision and Analysis

This initial phase of our methodology is where we take the time to understand your vision for business change. We analyze all your requirements (people, technology, and business processes) and look comprehensively across your targeted enterprise at whom and what will be affected. This helps to keep to the solution focused around what is really important to you.

Design and Planning

We engage you in the design and planning of our solution; making sure to match each design to a requirement. Developing solutions in this manner ensures that your design is tied directly to your business requirements. We also help you develop criterion by which to measure the success of your project.

Developing

This is our construction phase. We use your requirements as the blueprint for the solution and bring the right resources and tools for the job. We also utilize rapid development methods that include multiple project streams running concurrently. We work hard to meet your timeline and keep your project on budget.

Testing

We thoroughly test your solution so that you have confidence it will integrate well into your existing production environment; both technical and business processes. Additionally, for very large efforts, we can include a Pilot Deployment Phase as a part of testing. This allows us to “tweak” your solution prior to its deployment across the enterprise.

Training

We offer a comprehensive set of training development and delivery services. Whether you want a pre-packed product, or need a custom program, we will meet your needs. We are also flexible to your budget. We can perform training for all your participants, or assist you with developing a train-the-trainer approach.

Implementation

This Phase of our methodology integrates your solution into your existing production environment. We are very careful that the implementation results in as minimal interruption to your daily operations as possible.

Post-implementation Support

We don’t just pack up after Implementation. We provide you with post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to owning your solution. We also help you measure the success of your efforts to determine additional areas for improvement.
